Fees & Insurance

Session Fees

Fees vary depending on service type, clinician experience, and session length. This may include:

Current fees are available during booking or by contacting our clinic directly.

Insurance Coverage

Ten Psychology services are typically covered under:

  • Extended health benefits

  • Psychology or mental health coverage

We recommend confirming coverage directly with your insurance provider. Receipts are provided after sessions for reimbursement purposes.

Booking & Appointment Policies

Booking Appointments

Appointments can be booked online through our secure booking system. If you’re unsure which service to book, our team can help guide you.

Cancellations & Changes

We understand that life happens. To support fairness and clinician availability:

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full session fee

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients. The full session fee applies.

Clinic Policies

Consent & Participation

  • For children and teens, parent or guardian consent is required

  • Teens may be supported in having private space within therapy, guided by ethical and legal standards

Communication Between Sessions

Email and phone communication are intended for:

  • Scheduling

  • Brief administrative questions

Collaboration & Information Sharing

With written consent, we may collaborate with:

  • Schools

  • Physicians

  • Other care providers

Privacy & Confidentiality
